- Exams are a filter. The problem is one high-stakes paper deciding a 16-year-old’s worth.
- Better design: continuous assessment, skills, and more than one chance — not zero measurement.
- SSB itself is a five-day exam of personality. We are not against evaluation; we are against cruelty and coaching-only games.
